About Chris Terins
I was born in New York, NY in 1974. Attended Watchung Hills High School in Warren, NJ. and graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA in 1996. And I currently reside in El Segundo.
My wife Amber and I have a 3-year-old son and a baby on the way. Favorite family activities include going to the beach, socializing with friends, walks on the strand or spending time at a park.
I enjoy surfing, yoga, volleyball and having fun at whatever I am doing. I truly love the South Bay area and all that it has to offer.
I specialize in the South Bay area (Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo) and I keep fully informed on all real estate offerings in the Los Angeles area.
